  • Is it pizza?

Recently, we have been chatting with various people, L&D, and operations experts, and there is a common theme about their desire to spice up learning initiatives for their teams. But with interest comes caution:

  • “It can’t be too corporate.”
  • “We can’t have my employees saying, ‘Why did you make me take that training???’”
  • “Our employees always give me a hard time: oh, another HR training...here we go.”
