Social wellness is an integral part of overall wellness, as it helps us to form meaningful connections with those around us. Having a solid support system of friends, family and neighbors can be invaluable in times of need. And that support helps us maintain a sense of belonging.
Here are some tips that can help your team build positive social habits:
- Make time for meaningful conversations with friends and family.
- Prioritize making new connections with people in your community.
- Show gratitude and appreciation to those around you.
- Show empathy and understanding, even when you don’t agree with someone.
- Participate in activities or groups that bring you joy.
